Heath Ledger’s performance as “The Joker” is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of, if not the best, acting performance ever. I genuinely believed that the character was a psychopath; I believed everything about him. He’s one of the creepiest villains to ever appear on film, and I honestly believe that it will be hard to, if Joker ever appears in a Batman film again, for anyone to top this performance. All of the acting was great; unfortunately for everyone else though, Ledger severely outshined them all. It’s hard to say that anything was wrong with this film, but the story in Batman Begins was just better, making it a bit better than this film in my opinion. The series, at this point, is the best of any of the Batman series; the acting, the cinematography and the stories were everything one could ask for in a superhero film. I think the only other thing I could ask for was a little more humor; however, I feel that the film was definitely successful without excessive amounts of humor. It’s rare that I enjoy everything about a film, but I enjoyed every minute of this film. From beginning to end, this film kept me engaged and very much interested. http://m.imdb.com/title/tt0468569/
