Bloodlust! (1961)

I very much enjoyed this film’s story. The story very much reminded me of Richard Connell’s novel, The Most Dangerous Game (1924). Through a little research, I found that this novel was, in fact, an inspiration, and in many ways, the script for this film. It was quite interesting to see Robert Reed in something other than the Brady Bunch. It was almost funny to hear him talk; he sounded exactly the same at twenty-seven years old as he did in his fifties (he even looked the same). It’s almost like the man didn’t age from his twenties on. Reed was a decent actor, even at a young age; along with him, the rest of the main characters weren’t terrible either. Apparently this movie is often regarded as terrible, I completely disagree. Between the story, the acting (for the most part) and the way everything was executed throughout the course of the film, I thought this film was very good. https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0054691/
