Blade is still one of the best Marvel characters ever to grace the big screen. I have no frame of reference other than this film series, but this is the film that attracted me to the character. The story is decent and the pace at which the film moves is good as well. The action scenes in this film are some of the best I’ve ever seen. Wesley Snipes’ version of this character is phenomenal. Even though he’s probably past his time to be able to play Blade again, I look forward to what Marvel and Disney will do with this character in the future. Even if it’s not Snipes (which I doubt it will be) I believe the MCU’s adaptation of Blade will be worth watching. Overall, this is a good film, but for those of you who don’t like foul language and/or serious blood and gore I suggest you avoid this film. http://m.imdb.com/title/tt0120611/
