An American Tail: Fievel Goes West (1991)

This film was definitely better than the first. Overall, the humor was better in this film than it was in the first. Tiger is, hands down, the best character in either of the two films. He was very funny and actually made me chuckle a few times. http://m.imdb.com/title/tt0101329/
