Alice in Wonderland (1951)

Lewis Carroll was not just a pervert, he really did have an incredible mind. To come up with a story this bizarre yet cohesive is astounding. With that, I believe that Disney did a phenomenal job of adapting Carroll’s story for film. I think Kathryn Beaumont has a terribly annoying voice but was perfect for the voice of the curious and inquisitive Alice. Even though the dialogue between Alice, the Mad Hatter and the March Hare is complete nonsense I find it witty and comical. Many of the things the Hatter and the Hare say make both much sense and no sense at all; this is what makes their conversations so enjoyable. This really is a classic. http://m.imdb.com/title/tt0043274/?ref=m_nv_sr_2
